Steps to rent

In order to view our rental properties and rent, you must submit an application to Evans Management so we can collect basic information about a potential renter.
We can accept in the application in person or over email. Call or email (found at the bottom of the page) to request an emailed copy

Once we get your application, we will also ask for a copy of your drivers license and your 3-4 most current paystubs.
This is to verify your identity and to ensure you qualify for 3x the amount in rent a month.

There is a Non-Refundable $50 application fee per person. This must be cash or money order. This fee will be used to obtain the background check.
The $50 is not due until after you view the property and decide to move forward.

Evans Management will complete a criminal background check, credit check and rental reference.

Before you are given keys, you will need to pay the security deposit for the property and the prorated rent from when you are scheduled to move in.

You could either pay online through a portal (a link will be needed to be sent to you) or come into our office with a check, money order, or cashiers check.

Viewings are scheduled once preliminary information is provided.
To "pre-qualify" you must:
Complete rental application
Copy of driver's license
4 most recent pay stubs
income must be at least 3 times the rent
Once the applicant has viewed the property, if they would like to finish the process with the application, the application fee is then due, $50 per adult. We will complete a criminal background check, credit check and rental reference.
